I've always noticed my Playstation products seem to have a significantly slower DL speed than my Xbox and especially my PC, but at least on PS3 I could generally download a gig in 20 or so minutes. Setup was easy enough, the speed tests on the boys computers concurred with what I was getting from the main modem/router. An issue has occurred whereby one of my boys is getting kicked off of gaming, NBA2016, at the end of games. When we did an internet connection test, via the PS4, he is getting 145mps upload and less than 10mps download. My internet connection speed is 200 Mbps, means the download speed is 2.0 MB/Sec. It works fine on my PC. I'm using the same connection on my PS4 as well, and i connect through a LAN cable. But However, I have this afternoon tried the laptops own 190W power adaptor by itself and the CPU is still capped at 30%. I've already looked into the power management settings.
